MacKenzie is a boutique consulting firm that focuses on turnaround and workout situations in the lower middle market. We specialize in assisting private credit funds solve financial, structural and operational issues with their portfolio investments. For the past 30 years the principal's of MacKenzie have effectuated dozens of turnarounds and workouts totaling over $1.5 billion across dozens of companies.
Operational Enhancements
Companies of all sizes run into issues throughout their life. Sometimes it's as devastating as Covid or as challenging as losing a big customer. Whatever the reason, when you have have third party investors (debt or equity) you now have to provide guidance as to what went wrong and what are you doing to fix it, The business environment today is ever changing and complexities arise that are not so easy to find solutions that make third party investors feel satiated in your decisions.
